The XMACHINA team was thrilled to be invited by Salty’s creator, Rudy Svezia, to bring this delightful story about friendship to life. The author had a clear vision of how the characters, visuals, and story should work together to create a playful, entertaining, yet educational tale about this fascinating, friendly sea lion named Salty. We worked closely together to translate the author’s comprehensive conceptual drawings and text into compelling visuals that would appeal to both children and adults alike, creating a memorable experience for the whole family.
